Description
The Town of Winthrop is soliciting proposals for complete replacement of the roof at its municipal ambulance station. The work includes providing all labor and materials; removing and disposing of existing roofing materials and other waste; inspecting and repairing roof decking; installing membrane roofing on flat sections and new roofing across the building; and installing flashings, edging, roof vent ridges, and other necessary components. Proposals must include a cover letter and contact information, three similar-project references, personnel qualifications and experience, litigation disclosures, a detailed project proposal, proposed progress timelines and completion date, and a complete itemized price proposal with a payment schedule. Contractors must inspect the site before submitting, have operated under their current company name for at least five years, maintain specified general liability and automobile insurance, provide progress reporting and warranties, and include the attached Town of Winthrop Conflict of Interest Bid Disclosure Form.
