Description
The Town of Brunswick is soliciting sealed bids for construction of a culvert replacement on Coombs Road, including full-depth roadway reconstruction through the project limits, traffic control, and site restoration. Substantial Completion is required within 90 calendar days from the active-construction commencement date specified in the Notice to Proceed, with Final Completion due within 15 calendar days after Substantial Completion. The anticipated construction period is February through May 2027. Bids must include bid security equal to 5% of the bid price, payable to the Town of Brunswick, in the form of a certified check or qualifying bid bond. The selected bidder must provide performance and payment bonds equal to 100% of the project price.
