Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration requires Eaton Factory-authorized remanufacturing services to rebuild and repair four spare Cutler-Hammer circuit breakers: three MDS620 motorized breakers and one LCL3250F. All four units require rebuilding and new undervoltage trips. The individual defects include a nonfunctional charging motor and tripping on closing for one MDS620, tripping on closing for a second, and failure to close for a third; the LCL3250F requires no additional service beyond the specified rebuild work. This is a firm-fixed-price service requirement and total small-business set-aside. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials. Quotes will be evaluated primarily on technical approach and capability, past performance, and price. The response must include pricing, a detailed technical approach, relevant experience, at least two recent similar-contract references, proof of liability insurance, evidence of active SAM registration, the vendor's UEID/CAGE code, and the first page of the SAM registration. Amendment 0002 extends the response deadline to September 15, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. PDT; all other solicitation requirements remain unchanged.
