The United States Department of Agriculture Forest Service is seeking a firm-fixed-price purchase order for 454 new, unused portable 5TB external hard drives with HDD storage and USB 3.0 connectivity for PCs. The contractor must supply and deliver all units FOB destination, packaged for safe delivery, by October 15, 2026; early delivery is acceptable. The Government intends to make one award to the lowest-priced offeror whose quotation is technically acceptable and includes pricing for the complete requirement. Technical acceptability requires confirmation that the drives meet the specified quantity, capacity, interface, new condition, and delivery requirements. Past performance will be evaluated as acceptable, neutral, or unacceptable. This is a total small-business set-aside.
