Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting bids from small-business concerns for the construction and delivery of two new stoplog barges for the Detroit District. The vessels must be delivered afloat and ready for service, with inspection, acceptance, and delivery on an FOB destination basis. Bid guarantee, payment, and performance bonds are required, and liquidated damages will apply. The stated delivery period is 625 calendar days after award. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment.
