Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Chicago District, is soliciting bids from small-business concerns for construction and delivery of a new self-propelled tugboat under NAICS 336611. The vessel must measure 80 feet in molded length, 28 feet in molded beam, and 12 feet in molded depth, with a design draft of 9 feet 5 inches and an air draft of 36 feet 11 3/4 inches. Delivery must be FOB destination, afloat and ready for service, within 750 calendar days after award. Liquidated damages apply, and bid guarantee, payment, and performance bonds are required.
