Description
The Department of the Navy, Portfolio Acquisition Executive Maritime, is conducting a full and open competition for the procurement of an Offshore Supply Vessel (OSV) to be converted into a Multi-Mission AUTEC Range Vessel (MARV), including associated supplies and services. The acquisition is classified under NAICS code 336612, Boat Building, and is being conducted on behalf of the Deputy Portfolio Acquisition Executive Mine and Warfare. Amendments A0002 and A0003 update solicitation attachments and incorporate government-furnished information, a technical operating and user agreement, and DD Form 2345 materials.
