Description
The City of Corvallis is seeking Consultants of Record to provide continuing, on-call professional engineering services for public works infrastructure projects through a qualification-based selection. Firms may propose general civil engineering and specialty services, including environmental, wetland, permitting, lighting analysis, construction management, surveying, geotechnical, cultural, and related disciplines. A single proposal may cover multiple service categories, and subcontractor capabilities should be disclosed when they support proposed services. The proposal must be concise and no more than 20 pages, excluding appendices. It must address the firm's background and relevant experience, team qualifications and resumes, work plan and approach, references, in-house engineering-related services, and specified forms. Up to five relevant projects completed within the last five years may be described, and each key-personnel resume is limited to one-half page. The City anticipates using the selected consultants for task-order work as needs arise; no specific amount of work is guaranteed. Addenda must be acknowledged, and professional licenses or certifications may be listed by number when they can be verified online.
