Description
The U.S. Department of Agriculture is seeking one 2.0-inch by 492-foot Irriland NS Irriland Reel, or equal, for pre-watering weeds in fallow fields and watering newly planted crops. The equipment must include the specified galvanized drum and frame, trailer-style chassis, turbine-driven retraction system, controller with battery and solar panel, automatic gearbox brake, hose guide, PTO shaft, galvanized sprinkler cart, pressure gauge, hoses, fittings, and related components described in the specifications. Equal products must meet or exceed all stated salient characteristics and be identified by brand, make, and model, with descriptive literature such as specifications, drawings, illustrations, or brochures demonstrating compliance. The supplier must also be able to source replacement parts and provide prompt professional service within three days. Delivery is required within 60 days after receipt of order, FOB destination, to the USDA-ARS-PWA Forage Seed and Cereal Research facility.
