Description
Sumter Landing Community Development District is seeking qualified firms to construct the Lake Sumter Landing Recreational Waterfront Wharf Project. The opportunity is an Invitation to Bid, and bid packages are available through OpenGov or the District’s website. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid conference is required for eligibility to submit a bid. Sealed bids may be delivered to the Purchasing Department, or electronic bids may be submitted through OpenGov in accordance with the competitive solicitation documents.
