Description
Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority is seeking bids for the electrical contract associated with rehabilitation of an existing ferric chloride feed system. The work includes electrical demolition of the existing system, electrical work associated with installing new ferric chloride pumps, valves, and related appurtenances in the Chemical Building, and modifications to the existing SCADA system. The submission requires numerous documents, including a bid bond, subcontractor and supplier lists, supplier diversity commitment forms, experience schedules, key personnel resumes, a safety program or manual, OSHA records, audited balance sheets, evidence of authority, federal SAM documentation, a pricing bid table, a public works employment verification form, a conflict-of-interest compliance statement, and a statement of affiliations.
