Description
Allegheny County is soliciting bids for the rental of cleaning equipment used for storm sewer systems. Bids must be submitted electronically, and the solicitation expressly excludes in-person, mail, courier, oral, email, telephone, and fax submissions. The contract period is December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2028, with two one-year renewal options. Bidders must complete and submit a Participation Statement documenting a plan or good-faith efforts to meet the County's Minority, Women, and Disadvantaged Business Entity goals and Veteran-owned small business goals.
