Description
Landforce seeks a qualified branding and website strategy, design, and development firm or consultant team to clarify the relationship among Workforce Development, Land Stewardship, and Responsible Wood Production, then translate the approved brand architecture into practical physical, digital, and social-media applications. Required branding work includes discovery, stakeholder engagement, naming and messaging recommendations, visual identity guidance, brand assets, a practical brand guide, and recommendations for collateral and social-media organization. The second phase is an accessible, secure, mobile-responsive, staff-manageable website redesign and development project. The scope includes information architecture, user journeys, content strategy and priority-page writing or revision, photography, content migration, forms and integrations supporting Salesforce and Mailchimp, SEO, analytics, security, testing, launch, staff training, documentation, and a defined warranty period. The site should target WCAG 2.2 Level AA and support employment applications, referrals, service inquiries, donations, volunteering, products, inventory, and other priority actions. Advanced commerce, interactive dashboards, expanded collateral, additional photography, video, and other enhancements should be separately priced. The available base budget is $40,000, and phased proposals are welcome.
