Description
The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority is seeking construction management and construction inspection services for its 2027 Catch Basin and Inlet Replacement Contract, including rehabilitation of authority catch basins and inlets within the public sewer system. The project is subject to PENNVEST funding requirements and is federally funded through EPA financial assistance. Contractors must comply with federal Executive Orders 11625, 12138, and 12432 and EPA regulations at 40 CFR Part 33. Proposals must document solicitation of disadvantaged business enterprises and demonstrate the Six Good Faith Efforts, including outreach to state-qualified small businesses and minority- and women-owned business enterprises for construction, equipment, services, and supplies.
