Description
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, through the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health's Pittsburgh Mining Research Division, intends to purchase annual subscriptions and perpetual web license upgrades for the ITASCA numerical modeling software suite: FLAC3D, 3DEC, FLAC2D, UDEC, and Griddle. The requirement includes applicable software updates, patches, license management and support, and remote technical support for a 12-month period of performance. The notice identifies Itasca Consulting Group, Inc. as the only currently known capable source, but quotations from other responsible sources demonstrating the required capability and authorization will be considered. The attached AI Use Compliance and Risk Management Plan is applicable if the contractor plans to use, may use, or later proposes to use artificial intelligence during contract performance.
