Description
The City of Cleveland is soliciting bids for mower parts, repair labor, and maintenance services for equipment maintained by its Division of Motor Vehicle Maintenance. The awarded vendor must be an authorized parts dealer, distributor, and service center for the specified mower brands, including Echo, Oregon, Lawn Boy, Martin Wheels, Briggs & Stratton, Wisconsin, Tecumseh, Kawasaki, Honda, Onan, Kohler, Giant Vac, Toro, and Bush Hog. The vendor must also provide a manufacturer letter confirming its dealer or distributor status for Bush Hog parts and supplies. The contract includes regular and emergency parts supply, repair estimates showing labor hours and parts costs, equipment pickup and delivery pricing, and labor and material for mower maintenance. Parts must carry at least a six-month replacement warranty or any applicable longer warranty, and labor must be warranted under the stated terms. The purchase order is not to exceed $25,000, and labor charges must remain firm for the contract period. Partial bids are nonresponsive.
