Description
The City of Cleveland is soliciting delivered pricing for hydraulic fluids, including heavy-duty hydraulic oil ISO Viscosity Grade 32, non-conductive hydraulic oil ISO Viscosity Grade 32, universal hydraulic/tractor fluid (Hy-Trac), and AW68 premium hydraulic fluid. Bidders must provide pricing by gallon and/or drum, as applicable, with all shipping and freight charges included in the quoted unit prices. Delivery is to Motor Vehicle Maintenance under a purchase order not to exceed $49,999.99. The bid package requires the completed Request for Bid form and Terms and Conditions, Northern Ireland Fair Employment Practices Disclosure, and Wage Theft Form. Bids must identify the document ID number and buyer's name in the email subject line and include the document ID number, bid description, buyer's name, and closing date in the email. The Northern Ireland disclosure must be completed, signed, and included with the bid; the Wage Theft Form requires disclosure of adverse determinations within the preceding three years, if applicable.
