Description
The City of Cleveland Department of Public Utilities is soliciting a vendor to provide as-needed service and supplies for eight pieces of printer and plotter equipment at six locations. Services must be performed on site by a qualified technician and include scheduled preventive maintenance, inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and any necessary repairs to maintain the equipment in operating condition. The purchase order includes parts, labor, travel, consumables, and specialty media; paper is excluded. The solicitation requests pricing for KIP and HP repair labor, service calls, preventive-maintenance trips, parts discounts, specified KIP and HP ink products, and mileage when charged separately. The purchase order is valid for one year or until funds are exhausted, whichever occurs first, with a maximum value of $5,000. Bidders must submit company literature demonstrating experience with the specified plotter supplies and services, along with the required bid forms and disclosures.
