Description
The MetroHealth System is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive electronic shelf label (ESL) solution to support clinical supply management, inventory control, replenishment, and supply-chain operations across hospitals, ambulatory locations, procedural areas, clinics, laboratories, and distribution points. The solution must provide real-time or near-real-time inventory and item information, par-level management, stock-status indicators, alerts, usage tracking, analytics, configurable workflows, reporting, role-based access, audit trails, and healthcare-appropriate cybersecurity controls. The selected vendor will provide ESL devices and gateways, software, implementation and configuration, integration with MetroHealth's current Infor Lawson ERP and planned Workday environment, training, maintenance, technical support, hardware replacement, reporting, and software updates. Proposals must address implementation methodology, project governance, deployment timeline, change management, service-level commitments, staffing, pricing, subcontracting and offshoring, PHI/PII safeguards, conflicts of interest, value-added services, three similar client references from the last five years, requested edits to the Master Purchase Agreement, and a current certificate of insurance. The expected initial term is three years, with potential one-year extensions.
