Description
The City of Cleveland is soliciting sealed bids for parks and playgrounds public improvements for the Division of Architecture and Site Development within the Department of MOCAP. Plans and specifications are available at no charge, and bidders must be on the plan-holders list to submit a bid or receive addenda. Bids must include the Request for Bid Form, Terms and Conditions, the Northern Ireland Fair Employment Practices Disclosure, and the Wage Theft Form. The Northern Ireland disclosure must be completed, signed, and submitted with the bid when possible, or before contract award at the latest. Bids are submitted electronically by email and must identify the document ID number, buyer's name, bid description, and closing date.
