Description
The City of Cleveland is soliciting bids from an authorized STIHL parts dealer/distributor and service center to provide labor, repair services, and parts for equipment maintained by the Division of Park Maintenance. The vendor must be able to supply parts on a regular and emergency basis, provide estimates showing labor hours and parts costs, and perform work only after departmental approval and issuance of an identification ticket. The purchase order will remain valid for one year or until funds are exhausted, whichever occurs first, and will not exceed $10,000. Labor charges must remain firm for the purchase-order term. Parts must carry at least a six-month replacement warranty or any applicable longer warranty, and labor must be warranted for 12 months from delivery or six months from installation, whichever applies. The vendor must submit a manufacturer letter confirming authorized dealer/distributor status; partial bids are nonresponsive.
