Description
The City of Cleveland is soliciting bids for vehicle upholstery repair services for various municipal vehicles and equipment maintained by its Division of Motor Vehicle Maintenance. The awarded vendor must be an authorized vehicle upholstery parts dealer, distributor, and service center; supply parts on a regular and emergency basis; provide all parts, welding materials, fasteners, shop supplies, and environmental charges; and pick up damaged items and return completed repairs at no delivery cost to the City. Bidders must submit current manufacturer price lists, parts discounts, labor rates, delivery times, and any exceptions or additional terms. Parts must carry at least a six-month replacement warranty, or any longer applicable warranty, and labor must be warranted for 12 months from delivery or six months from installation. The purchase order will not exceed $20,000, and labor rates must remain firm for the contract period.
