Description
Denton County seeks qualification statements from architectural firms to provide services for building and facility projects on an as-needed basis. Assignments may include new construction, additions, renovations, remodeling, space reconfiguration, facility improvements, and related site and infrastructure modifications. Services may span project scoping and facility assessments, stakeholder coordination, conceptual and construction design documents, cost estimates and schedules, procurement support, construction administration, site observations, and project closeout. The County does not guarantee a minimum number of assignments or expenditure. Responses are evaluated on firm qualifications and technical qualifications; pricing is not to be included in the submission.
