Description
The City seeks qualifications from architectural and engineering firms to establish a list of prequalified firms for two years. Selected firms may be considered project by project for design services on new construction, major maintenance, renovation, and repair work at City facilities and properties; inclusion on the list does not guarantee work. Potential services include architecture, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering, landscape architecture, surveying, historic preservation, accessibility review, building commissioning, cost estimating, and other listed disciplines. Respondents must submit a qualifications package addressing six evaluation criteria: company qualifications and availability, team organization, project experience, project approach, litigation and claims history, and the DRIVE small-business and local economic impact plan. The package must include the specified completed forms and supporting information, including relevant project histories, references, resumes, and evidence of financial strength. The solicitation states a 34% SBE participation goal for each contract awarded through the pool; applicable SBE forms and commitments are required with the response. The response must be one PDF uploaded through the City procurement portal, with a required table of contents and prescribed formatting.
