Description
The selected architecture firm will lead and coordinate multidisciplinary professional services for two linked campus projects: a new sports pavilion connected to the main building, and a new receiving and recyclable-materials dock at Block A. The architect will retain and manage the required engineering, landscape architecture, sustainability, technology, and other specialist consultants as subcontractors, and will be responsible for coordination, integration, and the quality and compliance of all deliverables. The receiving-dock project will proceed only if the sports pavilion is authorized and built. The pavilion itself depends on funding approval; the college may suspend, postpone, or terminate the procurement or subsequent project stages if funding is not approved or its terms are incompatible with the projects. The estimated contract period is 50 months.
