Description
The University of Connecticut is seeking statements of qualifications from companies capable of providing general architectural services under an on-call master agreement. Potential assignments may include new construction, renovation and adaptive reuse, demolition, interior and exterior design, infrastructure and utility work, feasibility studies, existing-conditions assessments, forensic analysis, cost estimating, schematic and design development, construction documents, bidding support, construction administration, project closeout, peer review, code compliance, LEED-related work, and coordination with other consultants. Assignments may involve laboratories, healthcare facilities, food service facilities, student housing, classrooms, offices, historic buildings, athletic facilities, and other University properties. The University anticipates a quality-based selection process and may make multiple awards; individual assignments will not exceed $1 million, with no guaranteed assignment volume or dollar value. The master agreement is planned for May 1, 2027, through October 31, 2030. Respondents must submit the required qualifications narrative, relevant experience forms, key-personnel resumes, SEEC Form 10, hourly rates, and applicable certifications through the designated electronic procurement portal.
