Description
California State University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide broad access to physical and digital gift cards across retail, grocery, restaurant, fuel, entertainment, travel, and general-purpose prepaid-card categories. The resulting supplier must support one-time, recurring, scheduled, small, and high-volume bulk orders, maintain relationships with major national brands, and identify newly available merchants throughout the contract term. The supplier must provide shipment tracking where applicable, expedited and rush-order capabilities, fraud and misuse prevention, safeguards for confidential customer and ordering information, real-time or near-real-time order-status tracking, normal-business-hours customer support, and detailed invoices showing merchant, denomination, quantity, discounts, fees, shipping charges, and total order value.
