Description
The Rowan University/Rutgers-Camden Board of Governors is soliciting proposals from a qualified banking vendor to provide supplemental banking services for the Board and the Joint Health Sciences Center Condominium Association, Inc. The selected bank must provide interest-bearing account services, deposit handling, funds transfers, direct deposit, ACH/AFT/EDI processing in accordance with NACHA rules, and assurances concerning the security of deposits exceeding applicable federal insurance limits. The scope also includes two corporate procurement cards—one for the Board and one for the condominium association—with liability assigned solely to the corporate entities, as well as online banking for reporting, transaction processing, internal controls, check-image creation, and electronic access. Proposals must include qualifications, relevant experience, an executive summary, service approach, pricing and compensation structure, three comparable client references, and the required vendor forms and certifications. The initial contract term is 12 months, with two possible additional periods of up to 12 months each.
