Description
The City of Snellville is soliciting proposals from qualified banking institutions to provide comprehensive banking services for the City's operating accounts. The scope includes maintaining up to 14 accounts; online banking; ACH, wire transfer, and electronic funds transfer services; positive pay and ACH account protection; interest earnings; collateralization of deposits at 110% of expected monthly balances; monthly statements and account analysis; electronic accounts payable; payroll direct deposit; returned-check redeposit; overdraft handling; credit card services; banking supplies; and optional equipment leasing services. The selected institution will serve as the City's depository for an initial three-year period, with two additional one-year renewal options by mutual consent. Proposals must include bank information, service capabilities, qualifications, references from three local governments with general fund budgets exceeding $15 million, and a completed cost proposal form. The cost proposal form must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope, while the main proposal requires four bound copies and one PDF electronic copy without the fee schedule.
