Description
The State Controller's Office Disbursements Bureau is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive electronic payment services. The contractor will act as the originating depository financial institution to distribute state payments through the ACH network and other modern payment methods, including direct deposit/EFT payments, global digital payments, a customer portal, physical pay cards, digital disbursement platforms, digital checks, and push-to-card payments. Services must support high-volume processing and comply with applicable security, fraud-prevention, and payment-network requirements. The agreement has a six-year base term with up to two optional two-year extensions, and the initial agreement amount will not exceed $8,000,000.
