Description
The Rowan University/Rutgers-Camden Board of Governors is soliciting proposals for supplemental banking services for the Board and the Joint Health Sciences Center Condominium Association, Inc. The selected bank will provide interest-bearing account services, deposit handling, transfers among accounts, deposit-security compliance assurances, direct deposit, ACH/AFT/EDI processing, two corporate procurement cards, and online banking for reporting, transaction processing, internal controls, and electronic check-image access. The Board will retain its existing primary banking-services vendor. Proposals must include an introductory letter; vendor credentials, qualifications, relevant experience, and capabilities; an executive summary; the vendor's approach; pricing and compensation; three comparable client references; and completed vendor forms. Required certifications and disclosures include a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate, ownership disclosure where applicable, disclosure of investment activities in Iran, debarment and suspension certification, equal employment opportunity/affirmative-action evidence, the MacBride Principles Form, and IRS Form W-9. The initial contract term is 12 months, with two possible extensions of up to 12 months each.
