Description
The Texas A&M University System is soliciting proposals from one vendor to serve as its primary banking-services provider. The scope includes controlled disbursement accounts, zero-balance and concentration-account structures, local depository and remote deposit services, online cash management, account reconciliation, account analysis, information reporting, and dedicated customer support. The provider must support domestic and international wire transfers, ACH origination and receipt processing, positive pay and other fraud controls, check restrictions, secure electronic file transmission, role-based access, dual approvals, audit logging, and integration with treasury and financial systems. Respondents must complete the pricing workbook and provide detailed technical, operational, implementation, cybersecurity, financial-stability, service-performance, collateralization, and pricing information. The selected provider must maintain a $50 million surety bond for public deposits and meet specified insurance requirements.
