Description
The State of Nevada is seeking one vendor to implement and support a statewide Client Payment Card Program for the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation's Vocational Rehabilitation and Workforce programs. The solution will replace manual, paper-based check voucher processes with secure electronic payment cards that allow eligible clients to make preapproved employment-related purchases. The scope includes the payment card solution; secure staff and client portals; project management and implementation; card issuance, delivery, and funding; automated reconciliation and reporting; training and customer support; business continuity; system availability; data encryption; United States-based data storage; and implementation and transition documentation. Vendors must address the mandatory requirements, critical contract and insurance terms, security and performance capabilities, vendor background, key personnel, subcontractors, financial information, and client references. The State intends to award one contract with an initial four-year term and two possible one-year extensions.
