Description
Schiphol Nederland B.V. is procuring services for the commercial exploitation, management, and development of more than 1,000 advertising assets across landside and airside areas. The opportunity is divided into three lots: Amsterdam Airport Schiphol; Eindhoven, Rotterdam The Hague, and Lelystad airports; and 11 monopole billboard structures around Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, including locations along the A4 motorway and the airport's main entrance road. Tenderers may submit for and receive awards for up to all three lots. The estimated combined value is EUR 426 million excluding VAT, comprising EUR 364 million for Lot 1, EUR 32 million for Lot 2, and EUR 30 million for Lot 3. The concession period is scheduled to run from 1 June 2027 through 31 December 2032. Award evaluation weights price at 50%, a qualitative business plan at 37.5%, and an implementation plan at 12.5%. An NDA is required, and the tender documents identify electronic submission through the Mercell S2C platform.
