Description
Pima County is purchasing two new Joy Green fan motors rated at 75 HP and 1,780 RPM, model 48-26-1770 CP, part numbers SF-34949 and SF-34950. Substitutions are not permitted. The motors must be delivered with applicable factory warranty documentation; the contractor must coordinate warranty service and provide repairs and replacement parts for covered defects at no additional cost. The solicitation also requires the contractor to meet minimum qualifications, including at least three consecutive years in the sales and service business for the specified motors, and to provide supporting business registration documentation. The completed Offer Agreement must include unit pricing and the other specified responses and certifications. Insurance certificates are required from the winning offeror after award, not with the bid.
