Description
Robeson Community College seeks a contractor to provide marketing, advertising, and media services on an as-needed basis to support student recruitment, enrollment, academic and workforce programs, events, and institutional awareness. Services include campaign planning; traditional and digital media buying and placement; social media advertising; graphic design, copywriting, photography, video, and audio production; and campaign management, performance reporting, and expenditure tracking. The contractor must submit plans, creative materials, placements, and costs for approval before work or spending begins, and separately disclose media costs and agency fees. No minimum amount of work or advertising expenditure is guaranteed. The initial contract term is three years from final contract execution. Proposals must include a technical approach, relevant campaign examples, vendor experience and personnel information, at least three qualifying references, pricing, and the specified completed RFP attachments. The solicitation evaluates technical approach and media capabilities, qualifications and project organization, experience and references, and pricing.
