Description
The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a sole-source modification to contract N00019-25-C-0071 to Raytheon Technologies for engineering support and management of Tomahawk Cruise Missiles being prepared for flight and support-test execution. The effort is expected to involve delivery approximately one year after award. The notice states that Raytheon is the only known source with the current technical, configuration, and manufacturing data required for the work. The missile data is export controlled and unavailable to foreign sources or representatives. This is a notice of intent rather than a request for competitive proposals; responsible sources may submit a capability statement for agency consideration.
