Description
The City of Tucson is establishing an annual requirements contract for approximately 408 water treatment cartridge filters, delivered in quarterly orders of 102 cartridges. The filters must be six inches in diameter and 60 inches long, have a five-micron absolute retention rating, use a single open-ended double O-ring configuration, provide 75 square feet of surface area per element, and be NSF 61-certified melt-blown polypropylene in a pleated design. Products must be compatible with FILTREK filter housings and may be manufactured by the listed manufacturers or an equal supplier. Each proposed product must include complete manufacturer descriptive literature or a data sheet. The contract term is one year with four additional one-year renewal options. Delivery is required within 30 calendar days of each order, with estimated annual quantities subject to change. Bidders must submit pricing, the completed and signed Offer and Acceptance Form, signed addenda, a copy of the IFB, a response to the evaluation criteria including the completed price page, and the proposed product's manufacturer data sheet through the City's online bidding system.
