Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting a sources-sought market research inquiry for a vendor capable of supplying reagents, quality-control materials, and consumables compatible with existing Werfen Hemochron Signature Elite instruments. The listed products include ACT test cuvettes and Direct Check normal and abnormal controls. The agency seeks FDA-approved products that meet its current testing methods and procedures; substitutions requiring workflow changes, retraining, or equipment modification require prior written approval. The anticipated requirement describes a base period and four option years. The vendor would take and fulfill orders, provide standard deliveries within four working days, support emergency delivery within 24 hours in specified circumstances, and provide 24/7 technical and product support.
