Description
Desert Sky Community School is seeking quotes for internet access and data transmission at bandwidths of 100, 200, 300, 400, or 500 Mbps. The contract must allow upgrades to the quoted bandwidth, and pricing must remain valid for the life of the contract. Quotes must include all applicable fees and Arizona sales tax, itemize any ineligible costs, and display the service provider’s SPIN and the responding Form 470 number. The provider must offer either SPI or BEAR invoicing. The quote must comply with FCC Lowest Corresponding Price requirements and applicable restrictions on equipment and services from covered companies.
