Description
The Fairfax County Economic Development Authority seeks a firm to develop and execute integrated marketing, communications, media relations, digital engagement, and creative strategies supporting business attraction, retention and expansion, talent attraction, and the county’s market profile. Work includes campaign and content development, media outreach, digital platform and website recommendations, performance measurement, and strategic marketing and local partnership initiatives. The annual contract budget is up to $800,000, including up to $150,000 for those initiatives. Proposals must include a technical and creative program, an itemized annual cost proposal, recent financial statements and three years of billings, relevant work samples, three client references, and information about insurance coverage. The contract is anticipated to begin April 1, 2027, for one year with two optional one-year renewals.
