Description
The City of Kenai and Kenai Municipal Airport are soliciting bids from a qualified firm to develop and operate a commercial advertising concession throughout the airport terminal. The selected concessionaire will market advertising, design and install display equipment, operate and maintain the advertising program, and manage advertising placements in coordination with the Airport Manager. The program may include floor exhibits, wall and floor backlit units, product cases, posters, expo space, telephone displays, and electronic, computer, and video displays. The concessionaire will be responsible for program expenses, licensing, maintenance, advertising sales, and compliance with airport standards. The agreement is for five years from execution, with a minimum annual guarantee of $9,000 and a percentage payment bid of at least 30% on annual gross revenue exceeding $30,000. Bidders must submit the Bid Form, Tax Compliance Certificate, applicable licenses, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Exhibit A Affidavit, and Exhibit B Bidder Information Form.
