Description
The Alaska Railroad Corporation seeks a full-service advertising and marketing firm to support initiatives directed by its Marketing and Corporate Affairs Departments. Services may include strategic marketing counsel; research and campaign development; creative design and production; traditional, digital, and social media planning and placement; website and search-engine optimization support; analytics and performance tracking; and promotional materials such as brochures, advertisements, onboard magazines, menus, signage, maps, and other collateral. Work will be authorized through task orders on an as-needed basis, with no guaranteed volume. The contractor must manage approved media placements and pay media vendors before invoicing for reimbursement; media costs are pass-through, markups are prohibited, and applicable discounts must be passed on. Subcontractors may be used with approval, while the prime contractor remains responsible for their work.
