Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a firm-fixed-price, sole-source contract to Belimed, Inc. for preventive maintenance and repair of multiple Belimed sterilizers and washers at Southern Arizona VA Health Care System campuses. This is a notice of intent, not a request for competitive quotations; the Government may consider capability statements to determine whether competition is appropriate. Respondents must demonstrate relevant past performance and proof that they are authorized to provide Belimed equipment, maintenance, and repairs. The anticipated contract structure is a base period plus three option years. Capability statements and inquiries are due by email, with the notice number included in all correspondence.
