Description
Sarpy County is soliciting bids for upgrades to the bullpens at Werner Park. The project scope includes furnishing all materials, labor, tools, and services necessary to complete the upgrades to Professional Development League (PDL) standards. Specific services required include excavation, drainage installation, concrete work, electrical work, foundation, grading, and the installation of "FieldTurf FIT Turf w/ 5mm pad" wall-to-wall, excluding the pitcher's mound. The work must be completed before the next stadium event, with a specified start date of August 3, 2026, and a completion deadline of August 13, 2026. Contractors must have prior experience with constructing PDL or MLB playing surfaces and provide an ASBA Field Builder Certificate.
