Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23, intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to Johnson Controls Inc. for a Building Automation & Controls Planned Service Agreement. This agreement will cover Metasys Building Automation System (BAS) support, weekly onsite controls technician services, emergency response, operator training, and scheduled software/hardware upgrades for the existing JCI Metasys BAS at the Nebraska-Western Iowa VA Health Care System. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561210, and the service code is J041. Interested vendors who believe they can meet the government's requirements may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation to erica.miller5@va.gov by 5:00 PM on June 29, 2026. This information will be used to determine if the procurement will be conducted competitively.
