Description
The Macomb Intermediate School District (MISD) is soliciting sealed bids for parking lot expansion and improvements. This project, identified as AEW Project No. 0246-0035, involves construction work related to the administrative parking lot. Plans and specifications are available from Anderson, Eckstein and Westrick, Inc. A virtual pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the School District and must be accompanied by a bidder's bond or a certified or cashier's check for not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount. A sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the bidder or their employees and any member of the MISD School Board, Administration, or Staff is also required. Bids submitted without these required documents will be rejected. MISD reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
