Description
The U.S. Air Force is soliciting demolition services for seven buildings at JBSA Lackland and Chapman Annex. The buildings to be demolished are B140, B7362, B4395, B2988, B7561, B5584, and B2989. This is a non-personal services requirement, and the contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor. The solicitation requires a comprehensive technical proposal including a Management Plan, Quality Control Plan, and several specific technical plans such as a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, Soil Management Plan, Accident Prevention Plan, Demolition Plan, Hazard Analysis Plan, Hazardous Waste Management Plan, and an Asbestos Abatement Plan. The award will be made to the technically acceptable offeror with the lowest evaluated price.
