Description
The District Energy Corporation (DEC) is requesting bids for the installation of a multistack upgrade reversing valve according to the provided specifications. The selected bidder will be required to complete the DEC Standard Construction Contract. Additionally, proof of insurance from an insurance company licensed in Nebraska with at least a B+ rating from A.M. Best is required. This insurance must list DEC as an additional insured for general liability and include a waiver of subrogation. A performance bond and a labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed in Nebraska, also rated at least B+ by A.M. Best, must be furnished.
