Description
Lincoln Electric System is soliciting bids for the furnishing and installation of a security fence in accordance with LES Specifications S-26-12. The successful bidder will be required to enter into the LES Standard Construction Contract. Additionally, the bidder must provide proof of insurance from an insurance company licensed in Nebraska with an A.M. Best rating of at least B+, listing LES as an additional insured for general liability and including a waiver of subrogation. A performance bond and a labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed in Nebraska with an A.M. Best rating of at least B+ are also required. The bidder must also submit a completed Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form.
